Out of respect for my clients time and got my time I will uphold a late policy. If you are 15 mins or more that I will ask you to reschedule.  Of course I have a heart but please be on time, it gets the appointment off to a great start! 

I will hold myself accountable as well, I will as always do my absolute best to notify you in a timely manner if I feel as though I need extra time with an earlier appointment. 

When an appointment is booked it is imperative that you add your phone number and email for appointment updates.  

When an appointment is made an invoice will be sent within 3 days of the booking date. Please pay your deposit before date of conformation, which will be 48 hours before the appointment. 

If there is a need to cancel please do so within 25 hours to receive your full refund.

There is a 25 dollar rebooking fee for missed color appointments and a 10 dollar rebooking fee for missed haircut appointments.  

If you are a new color client please book a virtual or in person consultation so that I can be prepared for your service. Virtual consultations will be via FaceTime of Instagram messenger. 

It is located in Reisterstown road Plaza! Suite 109. There is a parking lot. It is a intimate, friendly environments. There is WIFI and complimentary snacks and beverages to avoid one being hangry. 

There is a mask policy. Masks must be worn properly at all times! No exceptions!
